Mr. Ricardo Sleiman joined as an Associate Agency Manager at American Life Insurance Co. (ALICO, which became MetLife) and launched the Sleiman Associate Agency (SAA). In 1994, he acquired Fidelity Assurance & Reinsurance Co. SAL and became the major shareholder and Chairman of the Board. Through his wisdom and sales strategies, he brought back life to a dormant company and became one of the top three companies in Lebanon in a very short time frame. Today, Mr. Sleiman guides the Board of Directors to set the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives top of form. As a respected figure in the insurance industry, Mr. Sleiman represents the company's interests and values, cultivating relationships with stakeholders and fostering trust among shareholders, employees, and the broader community. He is also a member of the board of Fidelity United Insurance in UAE with a strategic and visionary role.

Mr. Maurice Sleiman joined Fidelity’s Management Team in 2003 as “Board Member & Managing Director”. He holds more than 20 years of experience in the Insurance and brokerage fields in the MEA. Mr. Sleiman is the driving force behind the company's success. With extensive experience and strategic vision, he oversees all aspects of the operations, from business development to financial management and risk mitigation. Mr. Sleiman provides strategic direction to the Top Management to have an accurate view of the market and Fidelity’s future and growth. He develops business strategies to make sure that objectives are efficiently achieved while controlling and overseeing all business and financial operations. Mr. Sleiman fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.

Ms. Lara Sleiman joined Fidelity’s Management Team as “Vice President - Projects Development” in 2001 and was appointed as "Board Member" later in 2013. She holds more than 25 years of experience in managing operational functions while leading projects development at Fidelity. Her experience began in 2001 in HR and Marketing, then extended to operations. Ms. Sleiman leads the charge in spearheading strategic initiatives and innovative projects aimed at enhancing Fidelity’s offerings and operational efficiency with an aim to strengthen the insurance services and therefore customer experience. With a visionary approach, she identifies new opportunities, evaluates feasibility and drives project execution from conception to completion. Her expertise in projects management ensures seamless coordination across departments, timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Through her leadership, Ms. Sleiman propels the company forward and maintains a competitive edge in the dynamic landscape of the insurance industry. Her role has also extended to the UAE as she joined the Board of Directors of Fidelity United Insurance, a sister company to Fidelity Lebanon, in 2022, while chairing its Remuneration Committee and being a member of its Risk Committee. Her role in UAE is on a visionary and strategic level.

Mr. Salah Halawi joined Fidelity’s Management Team as “Vice President – Distribution” in 2018. He holds more than 24 years of experience in the Life Insurance field. Mr. Halawi drives the growth and profitability of Fidelity through a strategic focus on expanding the distribution channels and optimizing relationships with the salesforce team. He is entitled to new agents’ recruitment, training, coaching, career path planning and performance management as well as managing the Life Insurance technical operation. His leadership ensures that Fidelity’s salesforces are equipped with the resources and support they need to succeed, ultimately enhancing our market reach and client engagement. Through innovative strategies, Mr. Halawi plays a crucial role in positioning the company as a leader in the insurance industry.

Mr. Gabriel Fernaine joined Fidelity’s Management Team as “Vice President – Business Development” in 2023. He holds more than 21 years of experience in the Banking sector. With a keen eye for emerging market trends and a passion for fostering key partnerships, Mr. Fernaine leads the business development & business relations team with vision and determination. He plays a crucial role in driving Fidelity towards continued success and sustainable growth by setting innovative sales strategies. His strategic direction of cultivating new business opportunities and expanding the company’s market presence speaks to his expertise in identifying and capitalizing on untapped potential.

Mr. Fouad Saber joined Fidelity’s Management Team as "Chief Technical Officer – PCM & Motor (CTO)" in 2026, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry. He oversees the Motor, Property, Casualty, and Marine divisions, including underwriting, claims, and reinsurance technical activities. Mr. Saber has built a distinguished career across local and regional insurance markets. Known for his strong technical leadership, operational excellence, and deep expertise in non-life insurance, he plays a key role in driving best practices, strengthening risk management, and supporting Fidelity’s continued growth and performance.

Mrs. Nawal Chahine joined Fidelity’s Management Team as “Vice President – MIS, Quality, Collection, Archives & Compliance” in 1995. She holds more than 25 years of experience in the Insurance field. Mrs. Chahine holds a fundamental role to Fidelity’s operations with a meticulous focus on the Management Information Systems. She manages the software and hardware through maintaining existing applications and developing the processes of the automation projects. Also, Mrs. Chahine ensures the quality standards, maintains the compliance procedure in alignment with the regulatory requirements, oversees the archives activities and guarantees the efficiency, integrity and legality of the company’s processes. Her strategic leadership and attention to details play a vital role in driving organizational performance, mitigating risks, and upholding the commitment to excellence at Fidelity.
