From the moment I joined Fidelity in 2018, I knew this was the right place to grow my career. I started by managing one department and, through hard work and dedication, embraced every opportunity to learn and make a difference. Today, I proudly lead the Life Operations Department, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Manager – Collection & Receivables

With a background in Law, I joined Fidelity 14 years ago in the Legal & Recovery department. Over the years, through intensive training and continuous learning, I have expanded my expertise. Fidelity has provided me with the opportunity for growth, allowing me to advance my career. After demonstrating my commitment and skills in the Legal Department, I was promoted to Head of Collection.

Today I’m proud to be Head of Receivables & Collection Department leading a dedicated team and driving our mission forward. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead as I continue to seek new achievements within Fidelity.

I joined Fidelity Insurance 15 years ago, and today, I’m proud to call it home. It’s not just a job; it’s a lifelong journey. Over the years, I’ve been exposed to the company’s vast expertise and witnessed incredible achievements, learning and growing both personally and professionally along the way.

What I value most are the culture and values that Fidelity is built on such as transparency, team spirit, and a performance-driven mindset. I began my career in Fidelity back in 2010, fueled by a passion for the Insurance industry. To deepen my expertise, I earned my CII Diploma and an MBA in Business Administration. Afterwards, I was transitioned to a challenging role overseeing the Direct Business Department.

Although I faced obstacles, my determination and focus on building strong relationships led to recognition for my efforts. Today, I proudly serve as the Head of the Direct Business Department, where I lead strategic initiatives.

I was recruited by Fidelity almost six years ago, without any prior experience in the Insurance field. From day one, Fidelity invested in my training and development, providing me with the tools and support I needed to grow both personally and professionally.

Today, I attribute much of my success and growth to the company's commitment to fostering talent and I’m excited for the many more years of learning and experience to come.

My career journey with Fidelity began with a clear mission: to elevate the company’s presence and customer experience in North Lebanon. In my 18 years in the Insurance industry, I have never witnessed the unprecedented events that occurred during the last 5 years when I began my journey at Fidelity. From Coronavirus lockdown to the internal revolution, the economic crash, and above all the heartbreaking Beirut blast, all these circumstances fueled my enthusiasm and stubbornness to increase my numbers despite everything and that was made possible because of the way Fidelity handles crisis.

Together with our partners, we were able to create a strategic balance that got us through everything that came in our way in a country where every day is unpredictable. Despite everything, our numbers grew, and the quality of our service was not even slightly affected.

I am proud to be a part of Fidelity’s family, and I am excited to attain more success with a company that is committed to a long path of achievements and growth.
