I began my career in Fidelity back in 2010, fueled by a passion for the Insurance industry. To deepen my expertise, I earned my CII Diploma and an MBA in Business Administration. Afterwards, I was transitioned to a challenging role overseeing the Direct Business Department. Although I faced obstacles, my determination and focus on building strong relationships led to recognition for my efforts. Today, I proudly serve as the Head of the Direct Business Department, where I lead strategic initiatives. My journey has demonstrated that with hard work, continuous learning, a supportive environment, and a commitment to excellence, significant success is attainable in Fidelity.

I started by managing one department and, through hard work and dedication, embraced every opportunity to learn and make a difference. With a background in Law, I joined Fidelity 14 years ago in the Legal & Recovery department. Over the years, through intensive training and continuous learning, I have expanded my expertise. Fidelity has provided me with the opportunity for growth, allowing me to advance my career. After demonstrating my commitment and skills in the Legal Department, I was promoted to Head of Collection. Today I’m proud to be Head of Receivables & Collection Department leading a dedicated team and driving our mission forward. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead as I continue to seek new achievements within Fidelity.

I joined Fidelity in 2014 and have since developed solid experience within the Property, Casualty, and Marine Department. Today, as an Assistant Manager, I work closely with agents, support underwriting activities, and coordinate the processing of property policies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
